My point of view

Governance should make decisions clearer—not add noise.

Strong governance connects policy to execution. It defines who owns a decision, what evidence is required, how a control operates, and how outcomes are measured.

My work sits at the intersection of business, technology, and risk. I bring more than 12 years of experience in higher education, data management, compliance, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
